Refund Eligibility

Within 30 days of purchase, users must seek a refund for the software license. Certain circumstances make a refund valid.

Refund Conditions

Refunds for the 4n6 Software License can only be accepted if it is not beyond 30 days from the purchase date. Read the points below to know the requirements.

• Operational Success: Refunds will not be issued if the user has successfully performed the intended operation with the purchased product.
• Faulty or Malfunctioning Software: Refunds are available if the purchased product is defective or malfunctions due to software issues.
• Technical Support: For technical difficulties, contact us.Our support staff will gather data, identify the problem, and offer help.. If the support team cannot resolve it, a refund may be issued.
• Failure to Resolve Issues: Refunds will be considered if our support team cannot resolve software-related problems.
• Letter of Destruction: A refund will be issued only after receiving a signed Letter of Destruction. Please ensure your order is acknowledged within 30 days of purchase.
• Processing Time: Refunds are meant to take place within 15 days of receiving the Letter of Destruction. Customers will be notified if delays exceed 15 days.
• Software Performance: If the software does not function properly as promised, our support team will attempt to fix the issue. If it remains unresolved, then only by convention a refund will be provided based on the software's performance and the nature of the issue.

Refunds Will Not Be Granted For The Following Cases:

Data Upload Requirement: Refunds will not be granted if users fail to upload their data files to our server via FTP when requested. The 4n6 Solutions Team Support is available to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and assist individual buyers with the process. If users encounter issues but do not upload their files as required, refunds will not be issued at all.

Pre-Evaluation Requirement: Software that is purchased without first testing the Free Demo Version is not eligible for refunds.

Process Completion: Refunds are subject to the successful completion of any required operations, including backup, conversion, migration, and email forensics. Refunds won't be given if these procedures aren't finished as specified.

4n6 Software – Not Responsible For:

• Misdirected emails.
• Downloading or communication delays.
• Uncontrollable delays.
• Emails marked as SPAM by the client’s email client or mail server.
• Email bounces or incorrect recipients.
• Changes in software needs after the process is complete.
• Accidental installation and subsequent removal requests.
• Incorrect software purchase intentions.
• Difficulty using the software on the client’s computer.
• Software incompatibility with the client’s platform.
• Processing delays due to long weekends.
• Inability to use the software due to unmet minimal system requirements.
• Misinterpretation of promotional material; clients should consult 4n6 Software support for clarification.

The 4n6 App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We encourage parents to supervise, participate in, and monitor their children's online activities.

We never intentionally gather personally identifying data from minors. If you believe that your child has provided such information through our website, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to delete the information from our records.
